01. Owen Brown Community Center (OBCC)
Date & Time: Feb 21, 2026, from 2:30PM–4:30PM.
Partner: Owen Brown Community Association
Location: OBCC, 6800 Cradlerock Way, Columbia, MD 21045.
Target Audience: Youth ages 4–15 yrs.
Funding: Made possible by a Howard County Youth Engagement Programming (YEP!) grant
Service Provider: Maslow’s Loom Corporation provided the
curriculum, materials, and expert staff.
